Filters Workshop

"We don't see things as they are. We see them as we are." Anais Nin

A workshop designed specifically to teach you how to use photographic filters.

Learn the difference between a CPL, ND and a Grad. Discover when to use them, what affects they have, and how to integrate them into your shooting. Acquire the knowledge to create daytime long exposures, and photographs that balance the exposure between the sky and foreground. Bring your own filters or use ours!

The workshop is conducted over a single day, starting at 11:30am from Essendon Train Station. Transport from the station to all locations and return is provided.

We then head down towards Barwon Heads and explore locations between there and Aireys Inlet.

Aireys Inlet beach is our last shoot of the day and will put the knowledge you’ve learned into practice while shooting golden hour and the sunset.

Finally, we finish off the evening by shooting some steel wool photography during the last light of blue hour.

We will have a quick dinner around Aireys inlet (cost of dinner not included) then return to Essendon Station around 10pm

Transport Transport is return from Essendon Train Station to all workshop locations.

Max Participants The workshop takes a maximum of 4 people
